Custom made production on CNC machinery

According to customer requirements we can make a wide range of parts on twelve CNC machines (see the list of production equipment), but also on conventional machinery. On produced parts we are able to provide most common surface finishing. From produced as well as bought components we offer the assembly of machinery subsets and also complete machinery units. Our qualified employees with many years of experience can take care of assembly.

Here is a sample of a few typical parts produced by us.

Thanks to the long term tradition and experience we are able to produce these parts with a high precision IT 5 up to IT6. The weight of the parts ranges from a few grams up to 80 kilos.

At our machining centres we are able to process rotary parts to 230 mm in diameter and 600 mm in length and milled parts to the dimension of 500x500x400 mm. It is also possible to discuss individual customer requirements beyond these dimensions.

• A variety of belt pulleys, which we make for example for the Iveco company.
• Spiral shafts of various parameters.
• Shafts of various diameters up to maximum length of 1200 mm.
• Blocks of hydraulic units.
• Cogwheels in a variety of sizes by the module m=4.
• Working of casting up to a weight of 80 kilos.
